Inquiries and appointments

The inquiry form collects your name, email address, optional organization, and message. Altiri uses these details to respond, discuss potential engagements, and handle privacy questions. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list.

The booking link opens Microsoft Bookings. Details you provide there are used by Altiri to arrange and manage your appointment. Please do not send patient information, passwords, or sensitive operational records through either channel.

Service providers

Hostinger hosts this website and processes connection and request information to deliver and protect it. Formspree processes and stores the name, email address, organization, and message submitted through our inquiry form, and sends notifications to Altiri’s business email inbox. Hosting, form, email, and scheduling providers process the information needed to provide their services. See Formspree’s privacy policy.

Microsoft Bookings, LinkedIn, and other linked websites have their own privacy practices. Review their notices when using those services.

Security and cookies

The contact form sends submissions securely to Formspree for processing and spam filtering. Formspree may process technical information, such as your IP address, to operate and protect its service. Altiri does not store inquiry messages in a database on this website; copies are held in Formspree and our business email.

Fonts and interface scripts are served with the website. This website does not include advertising or analytics scripts. Hosting providers may maintain separate security and access logs.

Keeping inquiry records

Our current Formspree plan provides a 30-day submission archive. Email copies of inquiries and appointment records are used for follow-up and relevant business recordkeeping. Records associated with an engagement may also be subject to contractual or legal retention requirements.

Privacy questions

Use the contact form to ask about your information or request a correction or deletion. Include only what is needed to explain your request. Altiri may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
